The DATAIR-1500 is a diagnostic mobile tool for MIL-STD-1553.

The DATAIR-1500 is connected via a Triax connector on 1553 bus to analyze and visualize the data. Data can be displayed in hexadecimal, binary or in a format defined by the engineer user.

Windows software is supplied with DATAIR-1500. The device allows the definition of data and their formats. Like DATAIR 400 Rx and DATAIR 400Rx/Tx, the device includes an LCD display with 4 lines - 16 characters, 3 buttons and a microprocessor able to encode and decode ARINC 429 messages. It is powered either by a transformer (not supplied) or 4 batteries of sizes.
